Filling out the Kinus Application

Here are the Kinus applications!  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free application) which is available for Windows, Linux and the Mac in order to read these forms.

 

You need to fill out one application for each and every participant. There are separate forms for both the Cub Scout and Boy Scout kinus. If you are attending both kinusim, you need to fill out both forms.

The second part of each application is the required medical form. Again, fill this out for each participant.
